How does the prescription process work?
Choose your frames, then enter your prescription details at checkout. Our certified lab cuts and mounts the lenses in-house.
What prescription types are supported?
Single vision, bifocal, progressive, high-index, tinted, transitions, polarized, and prism corrections are all available.
How long until my glasses arrive?
Most orders are completed in 7–10 business days. Rush options are available at checkout.
What if my glasses are not right?
30-day return and exchange policy. If anything is off, we make it right.
Can I use my vision insurance?
Insurance is not processed directly, but an itemized receipt is provided for out-of-network reimbursement.
What coatings are available?
Anti-reflective, UV protection, blue-light blocking, scratch-resistant, photochromic (transitions), and polarized.
